Setting up ad campaigns

Analyzing your website and selecting ad campaigns to launch. Usually, we start with a search-based ad campaign:

  1. Collecting all targeted commercial queries; group by context.
  2. Creating 1 or 2 ads for each group, including keywords in the title and description.
  3. Composing a list of negative keywords.
  4. Setting up relevant impression settings: area, time, ad strategy.
  5. Inserting UTM tags.
  6. Filling out all ad elements: callouts, site links, structured snippets, and so on.

Afterwards, we set up the remaining campaign types—smart campaigns, dynamic campaigns, or shopping campaigns—depending on your website’s content. We do not offer 1-day setup, as this implies uploading unfiltered queries and cleaning them up afterwards, and this isn’t an effective use of anyone’s time.

We prefer spending a bit more time on proper setup than letting in useless traffic.

HOW MUCH DOES WEBSITE ADVERTISING COST?

The total cost is composed of the advertising budget, the cost of our ad setup services, the cost of the ad campaign setup, management and analysis, as well as the cost of using external analytics tools.

Advertising budget

You pay only for ad clicks, not impressions. The cost of a click is determined by a bid, which means you pay around the same amount your competitors do. The fewer competitors you have, the lower the cost of a click will be. Clicks on more affordable products will also cost less.

As we prepare our offer, we will present the price for our services, which is set based on the budget forecast, our previous experience, and your requests concerning the starting budget.

We will manage the campaign via dynamic advertising budget allocation between the available ad campaigns, which are based on CPA data.

We recommend planning your budget based on ROI from your ad investments. It makes the most sense to expand your budget for as long as it makes commercial sense, rather than sticking to rigid predefined numbers.

Our services: setup and management

We don’t recommend choosing contractors who ask for a budget share as their service fee. The scope of the project is not necessarily tied to the budget size, and larger budgets can quite often be spent efficiently without doing too much work.

We offer you two possible payment schemes for our services:

Fixed price for ad campaign setup and management

As we prepare your ad campaign, we evaluate the scope of the project and calculate a predefined number of work hours it will take to complete our work, which is based on our previous experience and the available product range. Thus, we calculate the cost of managing your ad campaign starting from the second month of advertising.

Our offer will include two prices (the setup and the management phases), with an outline of every factor that composes the final price.

We use Planfix to manage our pipeline, and we send an invite to our clients as well. This makes the process transparent for our clients, as they’re able to see the time allotted to our assigned tasks as well as the time actually spent working on them. This also enables them to track progress for all our tasks, leave comments, and stay engaged with the project.
